Why We Changed Our Name from Hill Country Renovations to Hill Country Property Solutions.

For years, you’ve known us as Hill Country Renovations. And while renovations are still a big part of what we do, somewhere along the way we realized something: We had become a whole lot more than a renovation company.

Our services grew—and so did we

One day we might be remodeling a bathroom, and the next we’re building a custom project, staining a deck, painting the exterior of a home, or tackling a list of repairs.

We also found ourselves helping homeowners and Realtors get properties ready to hit the market—painting, repairs, pressure washing, deep cleaning, and taking care of all those little things that need to happen before the “For Sale” sign goes up. Calling ourselves Hill Country Renovations just didn’t tell the whole story anymore.

More than renovations. Solutions for your property.

That’s how Hill Country Property Solutions came to be. We wanted a name that gave us room to do what we already love doing: helping people take care of their homes and properties, whether that means a full remodel or simply getting that never-ending to-do list DONE. From remodeling and custom builds to interior and exterior painting, decks, repairs, upgrades, and home make-readies, we want to be the people you know you can call.

And we're not done growing

Changing our name also gives us room for what's ahead. We have plans to continue expanding the services we offer as our business grows—and we're pretty excited to see where this next chapter takes us. The name may be changing, but the people, workmanship, and commitment behind it aren't.

Hill Country Renovations is becoming Hill Country Property Solutions because we’re the people you call for your property—not just one renovation.

And we can’t wait to show you what’s next. 🤍
